Can I get free adhesive samples for performance testing?
Free samples are available by different product types based on gross weight: up to 2KG free for epoxy AB adhesives, while only 500g free for our 3:1 two-year anti-yellowing PU adhesives (other PU formulas are not included for free samples). All above weights refer to gross weight instead of net weight. Customers cover courier cost upfront. When your follow-up bulk order is over 300KG, you can deduct a maximum of USD100 per order against your initial sample freight until full freight is covered, which makes samples free in total. Any sample weight exceeding the free quota will be charged accordingly.
What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our formal MOQ is 100KG for bulk production. We support trial orders after your sample test passes. Samples are normally delivered via DHL/Fedex air shipping; sea shipping is also optional but requires at least 15 days of transit time.
Are custom glue formulations available for special requirements?
Our in-house R&D team is capable to adjust viscosity, curing speed and hardness, developing customized formulas according to your unique application requirements.
How long is bulk production lead time after deposit?
Production takes 2~5 working days(Daily production capacity of 20 tons) after deposit confirmation. Most bulk goods are shipped by sea; the overall delivery time depends on your destination country and selected logistics solution.
Can you customize the glue formula for our specific application?
Yes. We support flexible customization of viscosity, curing speed, Leveling property, hardness and anti-yellowing grade. Just tell us your application scenario and working conditions, our technical team will match the existing formula or debug a tailored solution for you.
What international certifications do your products have?
We can provide full official documents including MSDS (SDS), RoHS, REACH, TSCA compliance certificate and batch inspection report for your customs clearance and quality audit. (If you require any additional certificates or test reports, we will also arrange for them to be processed as quickly as possible.)
What payment terms do you accept?
We primarily accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and, to a limited extent, PayPal for small amounts.For bulk orders, the standard term is 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment.
Do you provide technical support during application?
Yes. We offer 1-on-1 full-cycle technical guidance from sample testing to mass production. If you encounter problems such as curing abnormality or operation issues during use, our technical team will give targeted solutions within 24 working hours.
Can we visit your factory or arrange a video tour?
Welcome to schedule an on-site factory visit. We also support live video factory tour to show you our production workshop, mixing equipment, warehouse.
How long is the shelf life of your adhesives?
Under normal sealed storage conditions (10-25℃, cool and dry place), the shelf life of both epoxy AB glue and PU adhesive is 6 months from the production date. We will mark the production date and expiration date clearly on each package.
Do you support private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We support custom label printing, bucket size and outer packaging with your brand logo for bulk orders. Please provide your design files and specific packaging requirements for confirmation.
