Operation Instruction (Dual Process)
Manual Dispensing Process
🟢 Keep environment at 15-25℃, relative humidity <70%, store A&B glue for 12h under this condition before use.
🟢 Preheat substrates at 60℃ to remove moisture, fix on horizontal surface, clean dust and oil on surface.
🟢 Weigh A and B glue strictly at 1:1 weight ratio, stir fully and evenly for 2-3 minutes.
🟢 Degas the mixture under -0.1Mpa vacuum until no bubbles remain.
🟢 Dispense glue evenly on substrate surface, wait for natural self-leveling.
🟢 Remove residual bubbles and dust with needle, adjust glue coverage at dead corners.
🟢 Cure at 60-80℃ for 2-3.5 hours until surface is non-sticky. | Automatic Machine Dispensing
🟢 Place sealed A&B packages in dust-free environment (15-25℃, humidity <70%) for >96h to eliminate bubbles.
🟢 Insert feeding pumps respectively, seal and fix, let stand for 12 hours.
🟢 Fix substrates on horizontal workbench, clean surface dust and oil.
🟢 Clean pipeline mixer and dispensing head with dichloromethane.
🟢 Start feeding, exhaust air bubbles in pipelines, mixer and dispensing head.
🟢 Dispense glue on sticker surface, adjust glue distribution and remove residual bubbles.
🟢 Cure at 60℃ for 2-4 hours, then collect and pack finished products. |
